hair, it needs to be layered and i mean layered, it also needz that
razored effect 😀 then you can tease it (only if you like) and then
add a bow or clip.
after you got that covered all you have to do is BE YOURSELF x3 thats
the most important part!! therez no need for copying other people or
doing what other people are doing its just about being yourself and
expressing it they way you like :].
and wel there also the thing with haterz. yah therez gonna be some but
they`re only hating on you cuz they`re to scared to express themselfz
the way you do :).

What you need:
Splat hair colors red, green, blue, orange. yellow, purple
Read the instructions on the box. You may also need a brush to brush
the colors on your hair. Put them on your hair in this order: Red,
orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. (The way of the rainbow) Leave it
as long as it says on the boxes and your done :))

Scene is simply a way to express yourself, and letting the inner kid
of you out. Threw any way you like with no judgment. Yes many people
say you need to like hello kitty, and have a special hair style. Yes
the big sexy hair is nice, but not needed. You can still have it flat.
That and the hello kitty thing isn’t true. You don’t have to like
hello kitty. Just be you, and have fun, let all your inner kid free. I
do it with art and beads, and lots of other ways. I mean I decided to
wear a tutu to school today just for the fun of it. There is no proper
“Scene” there’s a variety of us. We all do what we want to
please us and makes us happy with are self’s. So don’t go thinking
that you need to like this, or need to have that…. Cuz really you
don’t. Just have fun with it and see wear it takes you.

First off, you will need to get the hair layered and cut. I usually go
to the local beauty salon since i cut like a dead squirrel on crack
but if you are magically gifted at cutting hair, go ahead.
You will need to get it razored. Make sure you bring a photo and can
give whoever cuts your hair a good verbal description of what you want
your hair to look like.
After you are all done with that you can go hop on over to your local
walmart, drugmart, etc. and buy a teasing comb,hair extensions, and
hairspray. Do not get the Rave hairspray, it sucks and it gets your
hair all wet and gooey. Also, get accessories for your hair such as
cute bows and clips.
For teasing your hair up you will want to straighten it ( make sure to
use heat protectant ^^ ) After that, you can start to section your
hair off and tease it. Hairspray it, let it set for a tiny bit, and
then brush it down gently. DO NOT brush it all down or else you would
have just wasted hairspray. Repeat until finished and hairspray the
shiznuggets outta it so that it won’t fall down, add an accessory of
your choice and SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPEALIDOCIOUS ~ you’re done! ;D
