Hi people, Im Heather. Im having some problems uploading a pic. I dont have a camera, only my phone but I cant get it to connect to my laptop to transfer the pics via bluetooth, my laptop is old and gay…:( any suggests????? Please I wanna get a pic uploaded lol thank you very much.

if you can send pics you should send em to your email (picture message: BCC: [enter email address here])

I know how to help you. All you have to do is send the photos on your phone to your email and log on to your email and click “see images/photos” then when you see the photo right click it and click “save as” then save it to your computer and you should be able to uplaod them to your account. Hope this helped (:
